When I look out onto the world of Anonymous, I see so much wasted potential. The failure of any system is that the more people involved in operating it, the more inefficient it becomes. Anonymous has the brunt of this, because every Anon is and operator. And beautiful, wonderful raids full of potential are lost because of the inefficacy and difficulty of planning. Now, when I speak of Anonymous, I'm not talking about the faggots on /b/, and I'm not talking about the trolls who pull mind-numbingly repetitive tricks on the same idiots every week. And the problem is that the trolls and faggots have overridden Anonymous, and there is no way to keep them out. To remedy this, I humbly propose the following revisions to the structure of Anonymous, in order to better achieve our collective goals:

1. Anonymous will form local units of true members. These units will become Anon in miniature, machines of chaos in their own microcosm.

2. These individual units will do most of the planning, they will create and coordinate their own missions.

3. The former command structure of anonymous, sites like this and partyvan.info will be used to create overall plans and set long-term goals, but not plan specifics. Small-scale planning will be left to the decentralized units, so that no-one outside of Anonymous will know specifics.

4. The current Anon network will continue to work together to distribute software, catalog past raids for preservation purposes, and dox important enemies.

[edit] Organization

We are organizing units on TorChat. This way there is no central record of what is discussed in the units. If you want an alternative means of communication, decide that in your division. The structure of Phoenix is like this (from largest to smallest):

  • Anonymous
  • Phoenicians
  • Division
  • Affinity group
  • Operator

We have one user who will act as an intermediary between divisions. Each division has a foreman. As of yet no affinity groups exist and operators are simply individuals.

[edit] How to Join

1. Get Tor.

2. Get TorChat.

3. Work out which division you are in. Divisions map

4. Send Byblos a message on TorPM stating which division you are in and your TorChat ID.

5. You will be contacted by the division foreman on either TorChat or TorPM. If there is none, congratulations, you are the foreman!

6. ????

7. Profit!
