Long Term Tasks

Have a read through Dear Anonymous if you are interested in the long-term effects we could be having. Your comments are welcome and encouraged.
Start implementing the decentralisation program. Ie. stop posting content on this wiki; instead, post links to content. Also, help develop more ideas for it.
